Pricing

Simple, fair pricing.
You only pay when you sell.

No monthly fee, no setup fee, no hardware fee. A small, capped fee on each paid order. A big table never costs more than S$2, and your diners never see it.

01 · How it scales

The fee moves with the order.

A single coffee costs about 16 cents. A big group is capped at S$2. In between, the fee stays small, never a big cut of a sale.

02 · Your actual number

What Simpli would cost your restaurant.

Move the sliders. This shows both deductions you will see on a payout, ours and Stripe's, added up. Most vendors show you one of those two. We would rather you see the real number here than work it out from your first statement.

What a table typically spends, including GST and service charge.
Every order that gets paid, across the whole trading day.
Cash costs you nothing on Simpli. Qashier's daily fee runs regardless.
PayNow is much cheaper than cards on both platforms. Pushing diners to it is the biggest saving available to you.

Where we are not the cheapest

Once you are past roughly S$8,000 a month of card and QR volume, a flat monthly subscription plus a cheaper in house payment rail beats us on total cost, and the gap widens as you get busier. Qashier owns its own rail and prices it below what Stripe charges us. That is a real advantage and we are not going to pretend otherwise.

What we would ask you to weigh against it: nothing fixed in a quiet month, nothing at all on cash, no terminal you are still paying off in month twenty three, no contract, and takings that settle into your own account rather than ours. If you are already busy every night, say so on the call and we will do this maths with you properly.

03 · The other deduction

Stripe's cut, shown here rather than on your third payout.

Simpli is not a payment company. Your restaurant is the merchant of record on its own Stripe account, so Stripe bills you directly for processing and we never hold your money. You will see two deductions. Here is the second one.

Stripe's published Singapore rates, correct at the time of writing. If your volume grows, Stripe offers custom pricing and we will help you ask for it, because that money is yours, not ours.

04 · How it compares

Not a delivery cut. Not a monthly rental.

No cut like delivery
A small, capped fee on orders you'd get anyway. Never a double-digit commission.
No monthly rental
No hardware, no setup fee. A quiet day costs you nothing; you only pay when you sell.
Diners never see it
The fee is your cost line, never a surcharge on the diner's bill.
05 · Common questions

What restaurants ask us.

What if a diner only orders a drink?
A small order gets a small fee. On a S$4 coffee, that's about 16 cents, not a flat rate that would otherwise eat a huge share of a small sale.
What about a big table or group order?
The fee is capped at S$2.00, no matter how large the order gets, so a big night never costs you more than that.
Are there any other fees?
No monthly fee, no setup fee, no hardware fee. The percentage fee above is the only thing Simpli charges. You separately pay your bank's standard payment processing cost, same as with any card or PayNow payment anywhere.
Do you hold my money?
Never. Funds settle to your restaurant's own connected Stripe account. We take our fee on top of a payment we are not holding, which is also why we do not need a payment institution licence.
What does a quiet day cost me?
Nothing. There is no daily charge and no monthly rental, so a slow Tuesday, a renovation week or a public holiday closure costs you exactly zero. You pay only on orders that get paid.
Do you charge on cash?
No. Cash orders your staff ring up are free. Not a reduced rate, nothing.
Is there a contract?
No. There is nothing to sign up to and nothing to get out of. Stop using Simpli whenever you like.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Your menu, your orders and your customer list, in CSV, any time you ask. It is written into our terms rather than left to goodwill, because a system you cannot leave with your own history is a system you cannot leave.
When does my first payout arrive?
About seven days after your first sale. That is Stripe's one-time verification buffer for a new account, not us holding anything. After that it flows daily.
Is the fee inclusive of GST?
The rates shown are exclusive of GST. Our fee is calculated on the order total including GST and service charge, which is the amount the diner actually paid.
Are there grants for this?
EnterpriseSG and UOB run an F&B AI and Digital Integration Programme supporting up to half the cost of qualifying digital tools. Simpli is not on that programme's curated vendor list today, and we will not pretend otherwise. Ask us and we will tell you honestly where things stand.
